General Terms

By commissioning me, you agree to these Terms of Service:a. I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.b. All commissioned artworks are for personal use only. They may not be used for commercial purposes, merchandise, or profit-making activities unless explicitly agreed upon in writing and with an additional commercial fee.c. Use of the commissioned artwork for AI training, NFTs, or any blockchain-related technology is strictly prohibited.d. I retain the right to display the commissioned artwork on my portfolio and social media, unless otherwise agreed.e. The artist will not access, store, or disclose any personal information provided by the client. Such confidential information includes, but is not limited to, the client’s name, address, email address, and contact number.f. Once work on a piece started, expect 3 - 4 weeks or longer completion time.

Commission Refusal Policy

The Artist reserves the right to decline any commission request that they deem personally uncomfortable or inappropriate. Commissions will not be accepted if they involve any of the following:a. Not Safe for Work (NSFW) content.b. Extreme blood or gore.c. Offensive or illegal material, including content that promotes hate speech.d. Suggestive content, which may only be considered at the Artist’s sole discretion and based on their personal comfort level.e. Humans/Female.f. Full-body Mechas.g. Any kinks and lewd facial expression.

Payment Policy

a. Payment via PayPal only.b. All prices are in USD ($).c. Commissions will be terminated if payment is not made within 2 days of receiving the PayPal link.d. Prices are non-negotiable.e. Initiating a chargeback without the artist’s consent will result in the client being permanently blacklisted from all future commissions.f. I retain the right to display the commissioned artwork on my portfolio and social media, unless otherwise agreed.

Commission Procedure

a. Upon reviewing the client’s submitted commission details from the Google Form, the artist will begin the sketch phase.b. The sketch will be provided to the client for review. The client is entitled to a maximum of two (2) revisions during this stage.c. Once the client confirms that the sketch is accurate and satisfactory, the artist will refine the artwork. At this stage, a payment link will be issued, and no further progress will be made until payment is received in full.d. Upon completion, the finalized artwork will be delivered to the client via Email in high-resolution JPEG formats.
